Can be found in the large building across the bridge from the Inn. Valdaron is in the right wing of the building.
Silverpine Forest: Andrew Hilbert (map)
Trade good vendor in the Sepulcher, inside the Inn on the bottom floor.
Thunder Bluff: Mahu (map)
Located inside the Thunder Bluff Armorers tent, on the middle rise directly on the left as you exit the painted totem ramp. The Tailoring trainers are in the same place if you want to ask a guard to mark your mini-map.
Westfall: Gina MacGregor (map)
She is located across the road from the Flight Master, in front of the wagon.
