Orgrimmar: Sovik
From the entrance to the Valley of Honor, follow the path until you pass two bonfires on your right. Just beyond the second bonfire is a fork, stay to the right. The first hut is "Nogg's Machine Shop", Sovik is inside. The Engineering trainers are also here if you want to have a guard mark your mini-map.
